Denied/Delayed BP Claims

The Top 7 Reasons why BP Claims get Denied or Delayed

BP Claims

Most of these are curable and shouldn`t have happened if prepared properly.

7. Category Denial. Being an Oil Rig Worker/Oil Spill Clean Up Worker/government employee

6. Deficiency Denial. Failing to provide needed information within the 30 day expiration period.

5. Deficiency Denial. Failing to provide income data and not submitting evidence before the 30 day expiration to cure the deficiency.

4. Deficiency Denial. Failing to provide evidence of employment/business at the time of the Spill.

3. Trending Failure. The business demonstrated a Post-Spill economic gain.

2. Reviewer Error. An error is made by the reviewer while processing. This often happens if the claims is not formatted in an understandable manner.

And the number 1 reason for denial of GCCF claims……

1. CAUSATION, CAUSATION, CAUSATION.

All of these reasons are valid for getting your BP Claims Denied. For the most part they are also curable. This is why we have assembled a Team of BP Claims Experts to help you with your BP Claims. Some BP Claims are best handled by Consultants and Adjusters that can cure deficiencies with your GCCF Denied Claims, while in other instances you may need an Attorney to help you get through causation or category issues. As the BP Claims process has evolved so have we, we will continue to evolve as needed. Whether it is a consultant or an Attorney or a combination of both, we will help you with your BP Claims.

BP Claims in the News

The GCCF has been in the news lately, it has shown it`s contempt for accountability and the transparency that it once promised. Jim Hood The Attorney General from Mississippi is holding their feet to the fire, and just won a legal victory by getting the Hearings for his audit moved to the State Court of Mississippi. He has been trying since February to audit the Mississippi BP Claims, Ken Feinberg made promises of transparency, but is hiding behind legal wrangling, trying to delay the inevitable. Promises were made, and promises continue to be broken by Ken Feinberg and the GCCF.

How we Handle your BP Claims.

When you fill out a free case review for your BP Claims, we put that information in the hands of the best Team member that can best facilitate your claim getting paid.

We are not aligned with one particular Law Firm or Consultant/Adjuster s firm. We simply want your claim handled by the best group for your particular case.

Think about it this way, do you want the same firm that is handling your business claim, also handling your medical claim, probably not.

Some of our Team members are Large Loss Experts, and have gotten millions in BP Claims paid, others specialize in BP Restaurant Claims , while others specialize with Causation issues, Denied BP Claims, and claims Stalled at the GCCF. Team members range from Claims Consultants and Adjusters to Attorneys that have been up against BP before, and won the largest awards that BP has ever had to pay out. The results have been impressive, lately we are getting BP Claims paid that are organized and calculated properly in record time.

Claims preparation and presentation to the GCCF starts at just 15%, if an Attorney is needed representation starts at just 25%. All fees are paid on a contingency basis, they don`t get paid until you do.

We can Help you with your BP Claims.

BP Claims Experts Continue to get Claims Paid

BP Claims

BP Claims

BP Claims Consultants and Adjusters continue to get your

BP Claims paid, currently over 65% going through within 45 days,

If needed Attorneys are ready to step in to continue the process.

Our target is to get 100% of all valid individual claims paid, well within 45 days.

Our main goal has always been to help as many as possible.

We are consistently improving our skill set.

How do you help people, you get them paid, and get them paid quickly.

Some claims especially those under 50k are best handled by Claims Consultants/Adjusters, and if needed Attorneys.

We have BP Claims Experts that are Large Claims Catastrophic Adjusters

We also have Experts that specialize in smaller Individual Claims.

How do we get your BP Claims Paid

You are assigned to a BP Claims Expert who is knowledgeable in the BP Claims process, they will even give you their personal cell number so that you can contact them directly day or night.

They will will help you put together your paperwork and organize your claims.

If your claim is deficient in any way they will help you cure the deficiencies, even if it is at the GCCF.

They can also help you with your BP Claims even if they were denied.

They are passionate about getting your BP Claims paid. They will submit your Claim to the GCCF for you.

Some claims need the help of an Attorney, that is a fact, but your claim needs to be organized first, and BP Claims Experts can do just that, then hand it off to a firm that specializes in your type of case.

In some instances your case will be directed immediately to an Attorney.

We are not exclusively tied to any one Law Firm, we want you to be with the firm that will best handle your type of case. We are very fond of Brent Coon and Associates and Weitz Luxenberg.

BP Claims Consultants and Adjusters have a fee of 15% of what they receive from the GCCF, BP Claims Attorneys historically charge 25%-33.3%,

If your claim requires the help of an Attorney the fee from the claims adjuster will roll into the fee charged by the Attorney, you will not be charged anything extra. The Attorneys are happy to receive claims from Adjusters`s that are already well organized.

Feinberg looks to create new factors for BP Claims and want`s to pay Moratorium Claims

News stories have been coming out that Feinberg is working  to develop more generous methodologies for people who make their living on other Gulf Seafood, such as shrimp, crab, and fish. Lets face it seafood from the Great Gulf of Mexico has a black eye right now, and the gulf is still environmentally challenged from the Oil Spill and then the Clean Up. The bayous and bays that are contaminated with oil and corexit, still have much of it there, right under the surface, and that is where most of the hatchlings mature. It is only fair for the GCCF under the direction of Ken Feinberg to adjust their Methodology. Currently Oystermen are given up to 7 times their 2010 losses.

Feinberg is also rethinking his stance on moratorium claims and with BP`s permission he wants to include them into the BP Claims process. This would be a blessing to many that lost most of their income due to BP`s negligence. There would never have been a moratorium if BP had not caused the biggest Oil Spill in U.S. history. The Baton Rouge Area Foundation was suppose to pay these claims, but instead denied many. If Feinberg takes charge of this, and indeed makes things right, it would be significant move of good will by Mr. Feinberg. Couple this with a possible change in methodology for people in the Gulf Seafood Industry, and we could be seeing a significant shift in Mr. Feinberg`s historical positions.

BP Claims BP Claims

In an effort to get your BP Claims Paid, BPClaims.org will continue to innovate, and create relationships with Claims Professionals and Attorneys that are passionate about getting BP claims paid from the Gulf Coast Claims Facility. The main goal has always been, and will always be, to help as many people as possible. This has led us to share information about the BP Claims Process that we have gathered with numerous groups. About 2 months ago we began a relationship with one such Group. Last week Mark Schwartz and his group, got numerous claims paid by the GCCF , and we at BPClaims.org are very proud of him. Mark listened, he learned, and he got people paid. Mark`s dedication to people hurt by the spill, and his tenacity for getting people paid ALL they are owed,,, awesome.

” You have Multiple avenues to settle your BP Claims”

We at BPClaims.org believe that you should have multiple options for settling your BP Claims. Many people don`t want to litigate their BP Claims, they just want to get paid. We have selected different groups of BP Claims Adjusters and Consultants to help you achieve just that. We also have fantastic attorneys such as Brent Coon if you choose the services of an Attorney. Mark Schwartz the gentlemen I just wrote about, specializes in waiter/waitress claims and charges anywhere from 10-15% of what he recovers, it all depends upon the work involved, on several occasions Mark has done peoples claims for free. We are also helping several different Claims Groups across the Gulf Region get a better understanding of the BP Claims process, so they may better serve you.

BP Claims Pioneers

As I write this I am up in the panhandle meeting with some folks that have been getting people their BP Claims Paid since the beginning, they are the true pioneers of BP Claims Consultants. Kelly Johnson and Harrell Downey own NWF Consulting they are absolute BP Claims Experts. It has been my privilege to get to know these guys and to work with them. NWF has consistently had one of the best records of ANYONE getting BP Claims paid. These guys get Claims Paid.  They have helped many of the businesses in the Panhandle area get what they deserve from BP and the GCCF. In the last few days we have shared ideas, talked about trends we are seeing, and what should be considered as a future course of action.

The GCCF and BP has had numerous opportunities to “make this right”, the pledge BP used in the beginning, we don`t hear that ad on  TV anymore because they decided not to “Make this Right.” We can help you make this right, just fill out the form on the right and someone will contact you.

We will Help you with your BP Claims.
